Rebecca Baldwin is the Customer Service Manager at Daniel L. Jacobs LLC. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania and received two Bachelor’s degree at Cleveland State University. Before joining Daniel L. Jacobs, she worked as a customer service representative at Hilton Enterprises, where she worked her way into a management role within 5 years. Rebecca has excellent organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills. She is a certified Customer Service Trainer and leads the customer service team at Daniel L. Jacobs to ensure our clients get the service and care they need.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her two beautiful boys.
